With over twenty years experience in the financial services arena, Tom has built up more than one business from scratch and knows what it takes and how difficult it can be to get a client bank established. In light of this he helped create an absolutely unique affinity group marketing concept, which is now one of RFG's main partners. Still heavily involved in the running of Rothco Independent Mortgages, Tom has an up to date handle on what makes prospecting work successfully and lends a vast amount of experience to RFG.

Along with Tom Wilson, David has been paramount in the success of RFG to date and he is now in his eleventh year in financial services. Having built a very strong and active client bank from scratch, he too, knows what it takes to get in front of the right people, at the right time.

Ros has extremely well honed inter personal skills and is the "face" of RFG. Her ability to nurture relationships with our partners and to deliver on time, every time, is exemplary. We are very pleased to have such a terrific marketeer as Ros and she is hugely pivotal to our success.
